Elizabeth Cox- Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager for Ngage Live Chat, Elizabeth oversees the day-to-day operations and maintains focus on the long-term goals for Ngage. She and the Ngage Operations team work to complete all client requests, increase functionality, and oversee new developments with the chat system. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Texas in 2010 with a degree in English and Linguistics, and has been in Austin ever since.
In her free time, Elizabeth loves to hike with her terrier mix, Auggie, watch college football- especially the Longhorns, and plan fundraisers to help Austin animal shelters.
