Jared North – Director of Chat Operations

As Director of Chat Operations, Jared North helps plan and strategize across teams to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding operational goals and to help ensure that each of our clients gets the most out of their live chat service. He assists in analyzing key metrics, process training and documentation, technology integration, and backend support. Jared holds a degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia and is always on the lookout for creative solutions, collaboration, and feedback which ultimately lead to a well-defined process.

Jared is an avid artist and when not at work he spends most of his time painting, working on illustrations, and continuing education. He has shown at various galleries in the Austin area and given lectures on technology and art. He is thankful to have lived in the central Texas area for over 20 years where he can pursue his love for getting outdoors and eating amazing barbeque.
