As Operations Manager for Ngage Live Chat, Kendra oversees the team in charge of technical support and order fulfillment for our thousands of clients and their websites. Kendra communicates product updates to stakeholders and manages split testing. She has been essential to many technology projects and process improvements since joining in 2019. She attended Troy University and received a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Cyber Security.
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spoiling her two dogs, tending to her greenhouse full of veggies and herbs, and trying out new recipes for baked goods. Much of her free time is also spent playing video games, and she has been a leader of a gaming community for over 5 years.
