01 Reply Quickly

Once your business receives a completed chat transcript, you have an option to click the button that says:
“Reply to Lead”, which will allow you to email the visitor on the fly.

02 Customize Templates

You can choose from a default email message, or templates set by your team and email the visitor immediately. This is especially helpful when you are on the run or unable to immediately call an incoming chat lead.

03 Lock Down Prospects

This feature allows you to swiftly reply to a visitor via email to let them know you received their chat and will be in touch shortly. Immediate follow-up obviously helps “lock down” a visitor before they start looking elsewhere.
