Account Information When You Need It: Introducing Ngage’s Self-Service Portal

Have you wanted a place where you can view all of your basic Ngage Live Chat account settings in one place? Introducing the new Self-Service Portal, where you can see everything from your registered websites to email recipients and even billing information.

 To access the Self-Service Portal, navigate to selfservice.ngagelive.com and select the “General Information” tab when you log into the portal. Here, you will see the list of websites you have with Ngage Live Chat. You can also view the days and hours for which live transfer is enabled to support your business.

 View all current chat lead recipients under the “Manage Email” tab, as well as manage who receives invoices. You also have the ability to manage email recipients – adding new emails and deactivating those in the account.*

 Want to sign up for additional Ngage features? You can do it right from the Self-Service Portal. Under the “Add Integration” tab, you can easily request the activation of or sign up for such features as CRM integration, Facebook messenger integration, Spanish chat, Lawyers.com and Avvo.com profiles, Live Transfer and Text-to-Chat.

In addition to the above, you can use the Self-Service Portal to view your invoices as well as monthly and yearly reports, helping you optimize the value of your live chat account.

*In the Self-Service Portal, an email recipient either may be added to all URLs listed on the account or none of the URLs on the account. If you wish to add an email recipient to just one URL listed on the account, please email [email protected] and we will take care of that for you.
