Update: Ngage Text-to-Chat Feature

Did you know that Ngage can handle text messages 24/7 from a business’s own website?  Known as the Ngage text-to-chat feature, this option helps visitors reach your firm directly from their mobile devices.

However, if you are currently running a Google AdWords campaign, Google will be discontinuing the “message extension” feature on their pay-per-click ads.  This means a visitor can no longer text directly from the Google ad itself.
